Maria is a registered social service worker with the College of Social Work and Social Services Workers of Ontario. She completed her master’s degree in social work in 2014 at the University of Toronto and specializes in adult mental health. She uses a variety of methods to help her clients, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
Angela is deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve their mental wellness goals. She has more than a decade of experience in social service work and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Community Mental Health. She uses a variety of therapy methods that offer a holistic approach and are tailored to her clients’ individual needs. Angela equips her clients with the education, skills and strategies they need to thrive.
Anna Maria Polla
Anna have been working with clients in group settings and one-on-one sessions for over 10 years. She is a social service worker and is well-versed in talk therapy and CBT. She is trauma-informed and takes a person-centered approach to her therapy sessions. Her experience includes working with adults and adolescents. Anna helps her clients set goals and take steps toward reaching them. Her areas of specialty include anxiety, body image, self-esteem, eating disorders, trauma, grief, and many others. She works with individuals, couples, and families.
